SureStart funding can be claimed for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning and development delivered during the setting’s education time. This can be claimed the term after your child’s third birthday, for up to 12.5 hours (or 15 hours depending on the Local Authority) per week for 38 weeks per year, over 3 terms.
