April has seen a number of promotions within the Tops Day Nurseries family, and we are extremely proud of all of our staff and the additional responsibilities they have taken on.
Firstly, we would like to congratulate Amy-Rose Drudge who has recently been promoted to Room Manager of the Pre-school room at Tops Poole. Amy is also the behaviour representative for Tops Poole, working closely with staff members and the operations team to help child development.
Joanne Holley from Tops Mini Mariners has recently been promoted to Explorers Room Manager. Jo joined the company in 2008 as an apprentice completing her childcare qualifications at Tops Musgrove, before transferring to Mini Mariners in 2014, congratulations Jo!
We have also had three apprentices promoted to more senior roles. Chelsea McDonald from Tops Parkstone and Olivia Salmon from Tops Portsmouth have both recently been promoted to Level 2 Practitioners following the completion of their childcare apprenticeships. Jessica Money, also from Tops Portsmouth has been promoted to Nursery Administrator. Jessica joined in October 2015 and will be continuing her level 2 qualification in Business Administration alongside her new role.
Finally, we would like to congratulate Jade Missing who has recently taken on the role of Office Manager at Tops Portsmouth. Jade joined Tops Portsmouth in 2005 and has had a variety of job roles such as acting manager, deputy manager, room manager and now Office Manager. Congratulations Jade!
