Both my children have gone here and loved every second. One of my sons has complex needs and requires a lot more help. They go above and beyond. The only nursery I'd ever trust. Incredible with both kids and parents. I have recommended it to many people. The staff are so lovely and caring. Never in 6 years of using this nursery have I had a bad experience. Fantastic nursery!

I can't recommend Topsie enough - the staff are excellent. Great communication between staff and parents. My son loves going here and is always happy to attend. He has made a lovely bunch of friends and I know with the help and support from the staff, he will flourish and continue to be an independent, hardworking little boy. Tops Winchester - Brigitta

My daughter absolutely loves Tops and so do I. She's been attending since she was 8 months old and now she's almost 3. We had the pleasure to spend time with most of the staff and they have all been wonderful. She loves going to nursery and especially enjoys forest school. My son has started to attend nursery due to my change in work and he has settled so well in just a few sessions. The staff are very friendly and caring. The nursery is very clean and spacious with lots of activity resources seen available.

Tops Stonehouse

The staff have been really friendly and helpful. I was so glad the girls got into another nursery so quickly after their first nursery closed down. They have really enjoyed going to nursery and looked forward to Tuesday & Thursday every week. They will miss you all and I am so glad they had such a great time whilst with you! Thank you so much!

The day my son started this nursery, I knew he will love it. I have no worries at all about leaving my son in care with all the Tops Day Nurseries staff. Everyone makes sure that he is happy and comfortable. He always says his keyworker's name. I am very proud that he started to talk. A big thank you to all at Tops Day Nurseries Poole, especially to his keyworker.

Tops Charminster - Hannah

My daughter has excelled since attending Tops at Charminster. I have been blown away by the care they provide. My daughter asks to go to nursery every day and talks very fondly of everyone. She has made some lovely friends and is very excited to move up to the pre school room!

Tops Bournemouth

All the staff have been wonderful and my son has made great bonds with all the grown ups The staff really care about the children, they have pushed my son and he has really come on in confidence and he loves phonics!! I'd like to say massive Thank you to some staff in Tops at Bournemouth Hospital particularly Stu, Agi, Kavitha and Alicia. Adam loved to spend time with them and they are all fabulous nursery practitioners.

The staff are professional and approachable and treat my daughter as if she were their own. The facilities are great and the activities for the children are age appropriate and stimulating. Emails and calls are responded to quickly and communication is fantastic.

I just wanted to say thank you to Charlotte for her phone consultation. Ada loves nursery and always comes home happy and chatty and tells me all the things she has been doing, Ada really likes Charlotte too. Thanks for all the team for your hard work during covid this lockdown has been especially difficult for children with the horrible weather. Ada coming to nursery has been vital for me to keep working but most importantly Ada has continued to have a fun and happy time :)

My son loves attending. I asked him if he was looking forward to school in September 2021. He said "no I want to stay at preschool mummy." I think that sums it up. I’m a single, full time essential worker. There’s no chance I could have made it through the lockdowns in the last year without the nurseries support. The teachers are beyond kind and caring. I’m able to book last minute hours on the day if I need them and at a reduced price. The flexibility is incredible. Throughout the pandemic they have gone above and beyond in terms of protecting my son and all the children. Frankly, I can’t fault them.

We really like the end of the day report carers give when we pick up the child. We also appreciate how flexible they are when dropping, picking up the child and last minute bookings. It really lessen our stress when it comes to childcare issues.

The team at copnor have been absolutely amazing, my daughter had been poorly over covid lockdown and when she returned I can’t stress enough how supportive and attentive to her needs they were!

Tops Charminster - Alisha

Each member of staff has been amazing and have allowed us to take our time to settle in gradually. No question has been too small and they always have time for you. The staff have been tentative, nurturing and caring not just to my son but to me his mum during this transition of settling in. I feel very confident in them and am so pleased with our choice.

Tops Lakeside

Staff have been very communicative and the regular updates of my daughter's activities have been lovely to see and really helped me to better understand the learning my daughter receives on a daily basis. My daughter has absolutely loved going to this nursery and has progressed a lot with learning her numbers, letters and adding up, she has especially enjoyed all the creative activities she has taken part in. It was so easy to get my daughter booked into the nursery and the transition into the setting was done really smoothly and at my daughter's pace.

First Steps @ Roko - Stacey

They offer a great variety of activities, games and learning tools. I also love the wide variety of meals and snacks provided for the kids.

Tops Charminster - Stevie

All 3 of my kids have gone to this nursery over the years and I think it's a great place to send them my youngest would never go to anyone or talk to anyone but me, but since I changed his nursery to Tops Charminster he has come right out of his shell with tops forest school and all the activities they provide he feels safe and happy and now won't shut up.

Tops Bournemouth - Liz

My daughter has been attending Tops Bournemouth since September 2015 she absolutely loves it and don't doubt it is because of the nurturing environment. She has had the opportunity to attend a tops forest school and has loved exploring nature and muddy puddles!
