Hairdressing
Following our recent parent’s questionnaire in which there was a request for us to provide a hairdressing service for the children during the nursery day.
Photographers
All nurseries have photographer visits throughout the year to capture your child’s day playing or having adventures in the garden, as well as giving you the opportunity to come to the nursery and have a family portrait. Parents are more than welcome to bring a change of clothes for their child to wear for the photographs.
Prior to the photographer visit, an email will be sent to parents informing them of the company visiting, the date and time, delivery date for ordered photographs and whether siblings are able to attend.
There is a small fee for this service, parents will liaise with the photographer directly for payment for the photographs.
All photographers used by Tops Day Nurseries will hold an enhanced Disclosure and Baring Service checks which will be shown to the nursery manager on duty upon arrival.
eyLog
Tops Day Nurseries use a system called eyLog to record the development of our children and inform next steps for practitioners and parents. We have a secure tablet in each room to take video, audio and stills, and parents and carers have a login so they can see and be involved with their child’s learning log throughout the day.

Are you looking for the perfect, child friendly venue for a birthday party or celebration? 12 of our nurseries are available to hire over the weekends for £20 per hour. You will also have access to our toys, books and other resources as long as this is booked with the nursery manager in advance.
The nurseries available for hire include Tops Bournemouth, Tops Corfe Mullen, Tops Newport, Tops Parkstone, Tops Poole, Tops Christchurch, Tops Portsmouth, Tops Lakeside, Tops Musgrove, Tops Wareham, Tops Winchester and Tops Gillingham.
