I chose Diane Wycherley to receive the Director’s Award for her inspirational dedication and professionalism in 2015.”
Diane Wycherley, Operations Manager of Tops Day Nurseries, said: “I have been stepping up within the company because the Operations Director is on maternity leave, as is one of our area managers, so I have taken on more responsibility. It has been a wonderful challenge.”
