Following the opening of our newest nursery, Tops Lymington All Saints, we would like to introduce you to the members of the team.
First of all, we would like to introduce Laura Doe, Nursery Manager. Laura has over 7 years’ experience working in the childcare industry, and has been a valued member of the Tops Day Nurseries family for over 3 years.
Laura joined the company as a Room Manager at Tops Charminster before transferring to a much larger nursery, Tops Bournemouth, to become a Room Manager as well as her Deputy Manager role. In October 2015, Laura was promoted to Nursery Manager at Tops Charminster before moving to Tops Lymington All Saints to open the latest nursery in the Tops family, once again as Nursery Manager.
Laura holds a Level 6 early year’s professional status qualification, which is post-graduate, as well as a number of certificates including safeguarding, First Aid and Health & Safety.
We would like to welcome Ellie to the team. Ellie has worked in the childcare industry for 10 years, joining the Tops Day Nurseries family in early 2016, gaining experience within other local Tops nurseries before joining the Tops Lymington All Saints team upon opening.
Ellie is a qualified Level 3 practitioner and also holds a Level 4 qualification in paediatric nursing. Ellie enjoys watching the children grow and develop, while helping them reach their full potential through a range of activities.
We also have Abby due to join the Tops Lymington team in the next few weeks. Abby will soon be supporting on Mondays and Fridays with the job title of casual nursery assistant. Abby holds a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years and has a wealth of knowledge in childcare.
