You may find you have a missed call or message from our Head Office based in Bournemouth, If you have recently visited one of our 17 nurseries,.

Here at Tops Day Nurseries, we believe it is essential to gain parent feedback even after the very first visit, enabling us to improve any service we provide.

Each week, a member of staff from Head Office calls every parent that attended a show-round from the previous week. This call is not to put pressure on parents to book a place at the nursery, but to encourage parents to feedback about their visit, how they found the staff and the nursery in general.
These calls also give parents the opportunity to ask those ‘I wish I had said that’ and ‘I forgot to ask’ questions.

We appreciate as busy parents, it is not always convenient to take our call, and so our Head Office team will leave a message with contact details requesting a call back.
