Welcome to Tops Efford
Tops Efford is part of DELL Children’s Centre – a Sure Start Children’s Centre for children and their families covering Deer Park, Efford, Lipson and Laira.
Our nursery is fortunate enough to be nestled a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Efford Marsh- a breathtaking Nature Reserve which spans 28 hectares. Forest School children could have the opportunity to explore sensory fields of wild garlic and bluebells, and try their hand at tracking badgers or identifying wild flowers and trees.
We respect children and believe that they deserve best possible start into their journey of life, that is why we ensure that we provide happy, loving care and education. We’d love for you to pop by and see us!
This nursery is part of a group that provides the most eco-sustainable childcare and education in the UK, being respectful of the environment and acting to reduce, re-use and recycle resources is an important part of the culture and routine for the children and staff.

What makes Tops different?
Flexibility
With opening hours from 6am-8pm including bank holidays, means we are here when you need us. Offering childcare with 15-minute intervals, so you only pay for the childcare you need. (Available at the vast majority of our nurseries but not all.)
