Paula has worked within the childcare sector for over 30 years in a range of positions and joined the Tops Day Nurseries family in 2004 as the Nursery Manager at Tops Poole, before transferring to Tops Wimborne in 2013.
Paula joined the operations team in 2016 as the Central Area Manager, and supports Tops Wareham, Tops Wimborne, Tops Gillingham, Tops Yeovil, Tops Corfe Mullen, Tops Mini Mariners and Tops Musgrove.
Paula is the companies SENDco and is qualified to NVQ L4 in Childcare and Early Years, working towards NVQ L5 in Management and Advanced Practice in Early Years.
