We are proud to announce that our wonderful Prince Rock nursery has been selected as a finalist in this years NDNA Awards for the Nursery Training And Development award.
Tops Prince Rock is based in Plymouth, and is honoured to be in the running for an award that celebrates settings that invest in the development and motivation of all staff.
Sophie Anderson, Prince Rock Manager, said: “I am super proud of the team with their determination, enthusiasm, hard work and commitment to the nursery. The staff have a huge passion to learn and improve their practice which shows in many different ways for example to be nominated for the NDNA’S and receiving Schema Play Accreditation for the nursery. They will take on board new strategies, ways of learning and ideas with ease and happiness for all those with the nursery. The staff have shown a lot of drive to do better within their learning. When staff members have gone onto training, they are always super eager to discuss this with the rest of the team and even straight away implement it with the nursery”.
The NDNA Awards night will be held on 24th June at Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire, where the winners will be presented with their award.
