At Tops Day Nurseries we believe in valuing and celebrating the diversity within our communities, to include those with English as an additional language, Special needs, allergies and medical conditions.
We celebrate various festivals, support medical awareness days and provide training for our colleagues to be able to support children with additional needs.
We aim to provide all children with the best opportunities that we can, and are committed to working closely with parents to learn as much as we can about a child’s condition. We will make reasonable changes and adaptions to our provision in order to provide exceptional care for all children.
