Cardboard Construction Home Activity

Whilst most of our nurseries have remained open, following government advice, many of our Tops Day Nursery staff members have been self-isolating.

Many of our self-isolating staff members have been sending us videos from home with some fantastic activities to support home learning and spread some positivity. It is so great to have the support of our staff and families during this difficult time and we love sharing all the creative ideas from our nursery staff for you to try at home.

Georgina from Tops Winchester is one of those having to stay at home and has come up with a wonderful idea to share with her neighbours. Using old cardboard boxes, Georgina made a garden construction activity for her neighbour’s little girls with a book and some loose parts. This would be easy to do with an old favourite or a long-forgotten storybook and is a great idea to share with your neighbours at home.
