Tops Day Nurseries in Corfe Mullen is delighted to be continuing their sponsorship of the Broadstone Football Club Under 5/6’s team. This will be the second season that Tops Corfe Mullen have been sponsors, and their contribution will mean the team has a new kit to take them through the end of the current season and into the new one.
The club has grown enormously since the first training session in 2014 thanks to the enthusiasm of the children and the commitment from the staff involved. At least 25 children now attend every week come rain or shine and they continue to enjoy developing new friendships and skills along the way. Key lessons are also learnt including competitiveness, pride and fairness, with recognition each week for ‘Player of The Week’ and ‘Fair Player of The Week’. All the players have, at some point, taken the award home and shared their success with family and friends.
Zoe Dobb, Nursery Manager for Tops Corfe Mullen, commented, “We’ve thoroughly enjoyed sponsoring the Broadstone Under 5/6 team as we appreciate how important it is for children to be active in their younger years. By enabling them to have a kit it makes the children also feel like they are part of a team, bringing them together and helping with their social skills.”
