The Tops & Shoots Awards Night 2025 brought together colleagues, friends, and partners for a truly magical evening. This year, the Enchanted Forest theme created a setting full of wonder and magic. It perfectly reflected our values of sustainability, innovation, and community.
The night went beyond awards. It celebrated the everyday heroes who go above and beyond to support children, families, and learners across the South and Southwest. Together, the event highlighted the passion and dedication that drive our mission of growing minds for a greener future.
The Enchanted Forest theme created a joyful and adventurous atmosphere. Twinkling lights, leafy décor, and magical touches made the evening feel truly special. It also showcased what Tops & Shoots stand for — warm, authentic, and purpose-driven care and education.
The highlight of the night was announcing the award winners. Each winner demonstrated excellence, creativity, and dedication:
These awards recognised individuals and teams who embrace innovation, and deliver the best experiences for children, families, and learners.
During the evening, colleagues shared stories of dedication and resilience. They highlighted the real impact our teams make every day. From supporting families with flexible childcare, to championing sustainability, to empowering apprentices through high-quality training, the Tops & Shoots family shines with passion and purpose.
We continue to show that early years education and apprenticeships can be flexible, eco-conscious, and inspiring. The Tops & Shoots Awards Night 2025 celebrated this innovation and thanked every team member for their commitment.
We sincerely thank Poole Lighthouse for hosting the stunning venue for our Enchanted Forest Awards Night. Its beautiful space set the perfect scene for our magical celebration.
We also thank our generous sponsors: Resonate, Eyworks, HOPE, Gompels, and Each Person. Their support made the awards and prizes extra special.
